Fulfillment & Processing Time Orders are typically processed, packed, and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from our international fulfillment centers and partner warehouses. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a live tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Ravixo is not responsible for any customs and import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Ravixo is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is lost or delayed during transit, please contact our support team so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier.
