Once your tracking number is active, you can monitor your package's complete journey via our website's Track Your Order page. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking updates to populate in the system.

International shipments may occasionally be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs fees applied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our item prices or shipping costs.

Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If your order exceeds 12 business days without tracking updates, please contact our support team so we can assist you.
